Advantages
- $55,000 - $70,000 (+ evening bonus of $6,250/year)
- Evening shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am

Responsibilities
- Manage the schedules and evaluate the work of 60 employees
- Manage production and process improvement
- Follows up on various objectives set by management
- Participates in setting priorities and determining annual objectives for his/her department
- All other tasks assigned to the Production Foreman
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management, or similar (a plus)
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Production Foreman, Production supervisor, project management experience or any other related experience
- Experience in personnel management (a plus)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to be in solution mode
- Ability to manage priorities
- Good communication skills
