Job Title: Production Line Operator
Duration: DIRECT HIRE
Location: Drew and Bramalea (Mississauga)
Start time: Mornings, afternoons and nights (ROTATING EVERY 2 WEEKS)
Wage: $23.18/hr - 26.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Loading raw materials (inks, paper, cardboard) into machines and monitor and control their flow
- Changing the dies, punches and knives on the machines
- Performing changeovers daily and weekly
- Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication of parts)
- Complete production records and reporting to keep track of production output and downtime
- Inspect products for defects to ensure adherence to company quality standards
- Lifting up to 30-50lbs depending on the material/product in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of production experience in a fast paced environment
- Production/manufacturing background is an asset
- Mechanically inclined
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication
- Should be flexible to work rotating shifts
