On the evening shift you will have to be the leader of an experienced team. We are looking for experience in a manufacturing environment but mainly a ''FIT'' personality and towards the company.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead by putting into practice the principles of the company;
- Act with integrity and compliance according to company policies;
- Improving processes and continuously improving safety and quality;
- Stimulate, motivate and unite the teams to ensure the proper functioning
- Ensure delivery of orders on time
- Act with humility and create positive impact;
- Manage the employee performance cycle;
- Ensure that the changes are well controlled by the teams;
- Demonstrate a mastery of internal processes;
- Serve as a technical expert in the production and planning process;
Qualifications
Do you have the following qualifications?
- Relevant training related to the job
- 3+ years of experience in production management
- Comfortable with the Office Suite
- Experience in a unionized environment
- Bilingualism will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of the plastics industry will be considered an asset.
