As a production operator with our Bridgewater team, you will be responsible for the execution of production duties for your assigned role, following all safety procedures and work methods while maintaining productivity and quality standards, and working as part of team of operators. The Production Operator position is a fantastic opportunity to work with a multinational industry leader in Bridgewater, with great opportunities to move on to full time employment with the client.

Responsibilities
-Operating Production machines in an industrial facility
-Loading product into a machine/ unloading product
-Following all safety procedures and work methods while maintaining production and quality levels
-Quality control and Product inspections to reduce quality errors
-Meeting all daily customer and business expectations
-Recording production + quality numbers.
Qualifications
-Labour/Industrial Experience is an asset, but not required – comprehensive training provided
-Capable of working continental schedule (rotational 12 hour shifts, including nights and weekends)
-Able to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy of work
-Ability to work as part of a team, or as an individual contributor (little supervision)
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
