    Apply now for this production supervisor role with a fast growing company in Steinbach.
    This supervisory role requires shift rotation of 2 weeks days, 2 weeks evenings.

    This person will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing, they will be responsible for the supervision of manufacturing employees and ensuring productivity quotas are met within a safe environment, while complying with current Good Manufacturing Practices and other regulatory requirements.

    Experience in a food or other regulated environment an asset.

    Advantages
    -Full time Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime on Saturday
    -2 weeks rotating shift (days - 7:30am-4pm, evening shift - 3:30pm - 12am)
    -$70,000-$80,000 annual salary
    -annual bonus
    -RRSP/DPSP upon start date
    -Health benefits upon start date
    -3 weeks vacation to start

    Responsibilities
    -provide the necessary planning, organization, and coordination of manufacturing activities to effectively drive production operations
    -assist in the development and planning of all long term production/packaging processes and schedules
    -lead, develop and coach your team to high performance levels
    -address performance problems and issues promptly and recognize individual and team successes
    -provide job specific training to manufacturing employees and ensure all training requirements are compliant with cGMP and Safety regulations
    -provide technical advice and guidance to manufacturing operators to ensure the effective and timely troubleshooting of processes and equipment



    Qualifications
    -minimum 5 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
    -Bachelor of Science degree in a directly related field
    -working knowledge of the associated regulations that govern the pharmaceutical industry an asset
