Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations
• Schedule and manage parts and production schedules in order to meet deadlines
• Develop and maintain procedures and practices
• Engage in building a positive culture, coaching and mentoring, health and safety and continuous improvements
Qualifications
• 3+years of manufacturing management experience, HVAC setting an asset
• Machinery building including sheet metal work, piping and refrigeration an asset
• Electrical panel building and knowledge of applicable electrical codes an asset
• Scheduling, ordering, expediting, parts and labour experience
• Proficiency with MS Office required; experience ERP/MRP systems
