Your Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with a weekly rotating schedule:
Week 1: Days (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Week 2: Afternoons (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Responsibilities
Your Mission:
As a Production Supervisor, you are the engine of your shift. You’ll provide the effective, hands-on leadership our production team needs to meet and exceed our goals.
LEAD & INSPIRE: Champion a high-performance culture. You will be on the floor, coaching, mentoring, and developing your team, turning potential into high-level performance.
DRIVE PRODUCTION: You'll own the shift schedule, coordinating all activities to meet production targets without ever compromising on our two biggest priorities: safety and quality.
CHAMPION SAFETY & QUALITY: Be the unwavering voice of safety on your shift. You will ensure all protocols are followed without exception and that every product that leaves your line meets our premium standards.
Qualifications
A PROVEN LEADER: You have 3-5+ years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing, or industrial environment
.Minimum grade 12 and related post-secondary education
2-4 years’ experience in a unionized, manufacturing environment,
2-4 years’ experience managing a minimum of 20-25 people, including recruitment, employee engagement and performance management
A PEOPLE-FIRST MENTOR: You're a natural-born coach and an outstanding communicator who knows how to motivate a diverse team.
AN INNOVATOR'S MINDSET: You aren't satisfied with "that's how we've always done it." You are goal-oriented and constantly looking for a better way (experience with Lean, 5S, or CI is a huge asset).
