If you are a supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience from an automotive manufacturing environment and have previously managed large teams, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the Production Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, supervising and coaching employees to achieve goals and, maintain established standards of safety, customer service, quality standards, productivity and good housekeeping.
- maintaining safe working conditions and practices to ensure the safety of all employees.
- leading and motivating employees. Provides direction to employees.
- scheduling and assigning of daily duties of all employees
- responds to employees concerns in a timely manner.
- responsible for providing employees with clear and specific performance feedback
- improves employees' performance through coaching, training and development activities
Qualifications
- 5+years of experience working as a supervisor in an automotive industrial environment
- prior experience managing large teams (30-40 employees)
- full understanding of continuous improvement & escalating practices
- ability to work on either a 3-shift rotation OR straight afternoons or nights (no straight days)
- excellent communication skills
- prior experience working in a stamping environment would be considered an asset
