    Reporting to the Production Manager, the Asset Owner’s mission is to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or several line(s) including creating and executing daily action plan, developing production operators, and supporting the Process Lead and Maintenance Lead in improvement, and sustainability of Daily Management System (DMS) elements as well as Health & Safety training.

    Individual responsibilities

     

    Accountable

     

    • Develop and execute on shift action plan and daily action plan as part of T1 and T2 meetings
    • Present daily updates and action plans in area meeting (T3)
    • Define, implement, and continuously improve CIL processes while coaching operators to follow standard practices

     

    Responsible

     

    • Validate daily performance, transactions, and time losses
    • Validate daily quality tests and addresses any issues
    • Share best practices with other Asset Owners
    • Perform Health and Safety audits, develop plans for creating an orderly and clean work environment; owns A-risks
    • Create action plan to address time losses
    • Ensure continuous improvement of DRS board to align with evolving operational needs
    • Coach operators on how to properly communicate through the different meetings and evaluate performance of the employees
    Experiences and strengths

     

    • Experience leading and coaching teams
    • Extensive knowledge of asset and processes
    • Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Demonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations
    • Brings strong organizational and prioritization skills
    • Experience and understanding of Lean Production System principles
    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well and communicate with others
    • Demonstrate strong servant leadership value
