    We presently have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor based in Hamilton, Ontario.

    Are you looking for a permanent full-time opportunity with benefits? Salary $70,000 - $85,000 - based on experience

    Do you have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role?

    - Training, developing and mentoring

    Qualifications
    Who we're looking for:

    - Successful people management experience (team of 20+ preferred)
    - General knowledge of manufacturing equipment
    - Electrical and mechanical inclined would be an asset
    - Knowledge of continuous improvements initiatives (LEAN and Six Sigma would be considered an asset)
    - ISO Safety Standard experience would be considered a great asset
