We are currently looking for a production supervisor to work in a factory specializing in the manufacture of dietary supplements. You will have to work on one of the following schedules: Rotary 4-3-4-3 week and Weekend.

Rotary on weekdays (4-3-4-3)
Rotating sequence weekend ( THU-FRI-SAT-SUN & FRI-SAT-SUN-MON )
- Working hours: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. / 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
- Plan the workforce and organize the work according to the needs of the production of the same day by checking the production schedule
- Check that the recipes and ingredients used correspond to the production requested
- Complete the documents necessary for the production of your shift
- Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment and its maintenance by the necessary teams as needed.
- Check the quality of the printing and the accuracy of the coding of the different packaging
- Provide the maintenance teams with the correct production ''SETUP'' before each start of production
Qualifications
Do you hold the following qualifications?
- At least 3 years of experience in production supervision in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Management experience in a unionized environment
- Training in food processing will be considered an asset
- Good computer skills (Office Suite)
- Mastery of basic and advanced concepts of safe operations in the food industry
- Leadership, good judgment, dynamism, resourcefulness, autonomy
- Bilingualism (French and English) Written and Spoken
