    Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with either Print or Plastic industry experience? Do you enjoy leading a successful team within a safe and productive workplace?     Advantages

    Responsibilities
    Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic products
    Monitor quality on an ongoing basis
    Monitor and assess employee training including a recommendation for any additional training requirements
    Work with management and production employees to establish schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and 100% on-time delivery
    Lead and coach production employees to help accomplish budget goals, improve quality, maintain employee morale, and improve production work in a team environment
    Communicate with other supervisors and interact with other departments to ensure proper flow is maintained throughout production facilities


    Qualifications
    5+ years of experience in digital print and/or plastics industries
    Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization
    Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and inventory management systems
    Lean manufacturing experience is considered an asset
    Demonstrated success with continuous improvement and team building
