Title: Production Technician - Hard Coat Technician
Shift: Monday to Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM
Location: Ridgeway and Laird area in Mississauga
Pay: $37,9600/yr

Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for as a Production Technician - Hard Coat?
- Sorting sourcing work
- Scanning and job transfer distribution
- Lens inspection for surface flaws and defects
- 4- Bath machine operations
- Conducting quality tolerance assessments
- Lens curing and lens baking
- Responsible for Coating Applications
- Takes the initiative to observe and follow up on discrepancies; suggests improvements; recommends solutions
- Responsible for the basic operation, cleaning, and ongoing maintenance of laboratory tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Do you have the skills needed as a Production Technician - Hard Coat:
- Minimum 1 year of production experience
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable with a great team attitude
- Optical/Mechanical Aptitude/ is beneficial
