Two Available Shifts:
Evening shift: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm = $20.75 + $2 shift premium
Night shift: 11:30 pm - 7:30 am = $20.75 + $3 shift premium

Responsibilities
As a Production Welder, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Ability to lift 50 lbs.
● Ability to perform repetitive physical activities
● Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts
● Weld small and large components
● Use specialized machinery for industrial welding
● Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors
● Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature
● Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
● Follow and enforce strict safety regulations
Qualifications
As a Production Welder, you must qualify the following:
● High School Diploma preferred
● Minimum of 2 years experience as a welder is preferred
● Valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is an asset
● Thoroughly accomplishes tasks wit the utmost attention
● Works effectively with people with different abilities and perspectives
● Demonstrates a high level of dependability in all aspects of the job
● Demonstrates punctuality and a sense of trust and reliability
● Shows commitment and dedication to complete tasks on time and with minimal supervision
● Accepts changing priorities and direction
● Monitors and double checks information to produce consistently error-free work
● Demonstrates desire and drive to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to perform job more effectively
