TITLE: Production Operator / Counterbalance operator
Pay rate: $22.00/hr
Hours : NIGHTS: 4 PM TO 4 AM - 12 HOUR SHIFT
(working 3 days one week and 4 days the following week)

This schedule repeats every two weeks and operators will do either day OR night NOT both.
Job duties
Operating the Counterbalance forklift
Operate and monitor vacuum, atmosphere and nitriding furnaces
Prepare loads for heat treatment furnaces; racking and unracking
Monitor furnaces
Do minor furnace maintenance and cleaning
Do part inspection, hardness testing, and certification
Strap and load/unload trucks for pick-ups or drop-offs
Do housekeeping of the shop floor
