As a Program Manager with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
Works closely with Support and Operations teams to correlate qualitative and experiential feedback from stores to drive monitoring and alerting initiatives.
Guides and coaches the system leads across various app teams to ensure the objectives of an Observability project are understood, documented, and measurable.
Manages Program financials (actuals & forecast), specifically focusing on ensuring retail spending on Observability technology is optimized and scaleable.
Ensure that dashboards and alerting are leveraged appropriately in help desk and daily operations delivery.
Ensure that Enterprise and industry best practices are shared effectively across engineering.
Creates overall timeline, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, cross-functional dependencies awareness, and reporting structure to track progress across multiple
workstreams with guidance from Sr. Technology Manager.
Effectively identifies and solves potential risks and issues while providing transparency to the applicable stakeholders.
Owns program-related resource management and 3rd party vendor management. Will be the point of contact for Procurement, Security, Legal, Stakeholder Management (Sponsor, Leadership, Architects).
Ensures all project/program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked.
Qualifications
5+ years in technology or related field w/ 5+ yrs exp in project management, 1-2 yrs in program management scrum/safe or other agile practice certification required if leading a scrum team.
Strong leadership skills, including influencing and gaining consensus without direct authority.
Experience in managing waterfall, hybrid & agile delivery teams.
Passion for problem-solving with an ability to excel in an ambiguous environment.
