Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive medical communication programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and consistently exceeding their expectations.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects.
Provide strategic insights to guide the development of compelling communication strategies tailored to the medical and scientific communities.
Oversee content development processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals.
Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information exchange.
Coordinate and lead client meetings, workshops, and conferences, both virtually and in-person as needed (light travel required).
Stay updated on industry trends and scientific advancements to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual fluency in English and French is essential.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
