Our client in Waterloo is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join their team. As a key member of their team you will be working in an agile/scrum environment and responsible for the development of computer solutions. Along with working with IT members, business partners, various vendors will design/develop and deploy solutions based on requirements. You will also prepare technical spec's, coordinate deployment activities, code and unit test, Provide and prepare application/system support and documentation's as well as configure off the shelf solutions.

Qualifications:
3+ years experience programming, preferably in an Oracle Development ie: PLSQL, Forms, Reports, Webforms, OSB and or Java)
3+ years of relational database and data modelling
Experience with ITIL and/or Software Development processes/best practices.
Excellent problem solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with others
Experience prepare application/system support and documentation's
Experience coding and unit testing as well as preparing technical specifications
Experience with COTS (Commercial Off the shelf solutions) ideal
Post secondary education, degree/diploma in programming or system analysis or related fields.
