Our client, a leading architectural firm working on cultural revitalization and with First Nations, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to the Project Managers for their downtown Montreal office (Place des Arts metro station).

Responsibilities
Act as a pivot between the project team;
General admin support to project team;
Project invoicing (Excel files, P/o invoicing follow-up, etc.);
Coordinate meetings with project managers to ensure administrative and financial follow-up of projects;
Provide administrative support to the Montreal office team;
Any additional administrative tasks;
Qualifications
Requirements
Strong interest in architecture and design;
Certificate, DEC, DEP in administration;
Project invoicing (Excel files, P/o invoicing follow-up, etc.)
Minimum of one to 2 years experience in a similar position;
Think and see outside the box;;
Organised;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
Customer service ++;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
Profile required
Ability to identify priorities and meet deadlines;
Ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically;
Proactivity;
Collaborative;
Thoroughness;
Ability to adapt to change;
Demonstrated enthusiasm for diversified administrative tasks;
