We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to support Canada's largest energy distribution company in Calgary. If hired you will work full-time hours on a 12-months assignment (beginning ASAP), be paid $33.04 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for a group of partners, including the following:

• Senior administrative support role accountable to independently provide main administrative support to the Enbridge Asset Management (ENB AM) Director primarily, and core program team as required
• Time Management – manage calendar and work day to ensure maximum time efficiency is achieved. Anticipating and initiating appropriate actions as required.
• This role is required to handle a wide range of duties, tasks and requests as well as anticipate needs or issues
• Produce and assist with communications and design of PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents
• Coordinate travel arrangements primarily for ENB AM Director
• Expense report submission and administration for ENB AM Director
• Coordinate meetings and plan events with internal and external people across geographical regions, including arranging any hospitality requirements
• Submitting requests for team via the TIS/MyService system. E.g. onboarding & off-boarding as required
• Responsible to support ENB AM Director and Program Manager in developing communications and project controls support including reporting deliverables
• Work independently, driving toward program requirements
• Some travel, within North America, is required

• Senior administrative support expertise, minimum 5 years
• Flexibility and ability to work at a fast pace, managing competing priorities, often while working independently
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Internet navigation, email and general computer use
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn tasks quickly and become efficient in a short period of time
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to perform work with constant interruptions
• Ability to handle confidential material and treat accordingly
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Team mindset

NICE TO HAVE qualifications:

• Ability to influence and engage others
• A background in marketing/branding or communications
• Experience with event management/planning
• Knowledge of Agile fundamentals
