This is mainly a clerical position within a warehouse environment. Steel Toe Boots are required.
The position will start as a temporary role but has the potential to transfer into a permanent job.
Location – Vaughan, ON
Payrate - $26 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities
- Submitting Notice of Project for Ministry of Labour for each Work Order.
- Organizing, filing, and data entry using Excel and Smart Sheets
- Reconciliation of invoices and recorded data. Identifying, communicating, and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining local inventory reports. Assisting in inventory counts and reordering equipment.
- Manage and arrange training specific to Ontario (Electrical Utility Safety Rules, Traffic Book 7, Utility Work Protection Code, First Aid/CPR, etc.)
- Manage and arrange to schedule for testing equipment and PPE as per local regulations.
-Road occupancy permits: Preparing, submitting, recording, and producing reports for each respective municipality, both remote or in person, as required by the individual municipality.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years experience in Office Admin within construction or the Trades
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Specifically Excel
- Drivers license is required
- Action Oriented. Willing to problem solve independently
- Understanding of project management, customer, contractor, and subcontractor relationships.
- Experience maintaining parts inventory
