Responsibilities
-Provide technical support and project coordination to the team
-Coordinate, track and monitor the status of key documentation pertaining to construction and premises turnover
-Coordinate with new tenants and their contractors, facilitating premise turnover, drawing approval and signage approval
-Work with Leasing and Property Management teams to ensure successful integration of new tenants
-Create project files
-Prepare PO's for approval and perform trade account reconciliations
-Monitor contractor liability insurance expiry dates and WCB/stat documents
-Prepare contracts, change orders, back charges and additions to contractual agreements
-Prepare reports and invoices (including purchase orders and contracts) and file documents
Qualifications
-A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the commercial construction/real estate industry
-A diploma or degree in a construction-related program (an asset)
-A general understanding of building systems and a keen interest to learn
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Exceptional time management and organizational skills
-Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-Experience working with CADD and Bluebeam programs (an asset)
