Responsibilities
Project Setup: Seamlessly input project details and job budgets received from the sales team into our system.
Billing Management: Maintain a precise job list to identify projects awaiting billing.
Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with the Sales team and Accounting Manager to approve and dispatch invoices.
Issue Resolution: Handle invoice-related issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Job Closure: Manage the job close-out process and generate reports.
Reporting: Prepare weekly bar placing reports for the installation division.
Record Keeping: Uphold meticulous records and file management in accordance with industry standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of robust and progressive accounting experience, ideally within the Construction Industry, in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Exhibit critical thinking when assembling billing information.
Communication: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills while functioning effectively within a team.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills and a strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with LP systems and Microsoft Navision is advantageous, but we are committed to providing training.
