Responsibilities
Plan and align signals throughout the supply chain based on the S&OP for the entire project portfolio.
Understand the interdependencies within the manufacturing environment itself as well as those with other groups.
Identify / optimize critical project paths to ensure adherence to the overall production plan while respecting costs and schedule.
Ensure adherence to the master plan to maintain an appropriate status report for all projects, from initial order to delivery to the end customer.
Collaborate with Hardware Design Lead, Operational Project Manager, Production Planner, Production Cell Leader, Union Leader and Supply Chain Business Partner using a proactive approach based on data to develop and implement solutions.
Action engineering changes and collaborate to mitigate the impact on the project.
Take the leadership to drive with Production Cell Leader and Union Leader to synchronize / optimize information flow and material flow.
Be aligned with Production Cell Leader to identify/understand evolutive capacity and bottlenecks to plan execution accordingly.
Be a reference for the operations team (SME) for planning tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering or administration.
At least three to five years of relevant experience or training in the field.
Good analytical skills.
Teamwork oriented and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision & within schedule.
Ability to effectively communicate with management, colleagues, and internal customers.
Be able to answer questions and present information to the various stakeholders in the process (Manager, Group Leader, Project Manager, Planners).
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with an ERP system, preferably Oracle.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet imposed deadlines autonomously.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to define problems, gather information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to understand the different assembly sequences and identify critical paths.
Ability to generate reports using databases (SQL, VBA, Power Query Language M, Power BI), not required but definitely a plus.
Bilingualism in both French (80%) and English (20%) is required.
