    Project Coordinator Junior

    -Start: ASAP
    -Estimated length: 6+ months
    -Location: REMOTE

    Responsibilities
    Project Coordinator:
    Providing administrative assistance to Program and Project Managers, as well as other team members as required.
    Maintaining consistency in project documentation for format, content, and adherence to CPMO process (e.g. status report, change requests, financial summary, etc.).
    Scheduling and attending meetings, recording, and generating minutes.
    Administrating and maintaining SharePoint Sites, Jirra, Clarity, and Project Drives as required.
    Coordinating project related matters between internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications
    Project Administrator your experience includes:
    College diploma or equivalent work experience.
    3+ years project administrative support with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate data.
    Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with the ability to extract and compile data into useful reports and information summaries.
    A well-developed communication skill set with industry and business acumen.
    Ability to show discretion with confidential and or personal information.
    Proficient working knowledge of tools used in project management (such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Suite). Working knowledge of Clarity would be an asset.
