    Our client in Kirkland is currently looking for an Office Administrator. The Assistant will be the first point of contact between the company and leads/clients. They will answer all communication and deal with customer inquiries. They will process requests for services via the creation of leads and To-Dos as well as book meetings for sales people. They will assist in the processing of contracts in summer/winter months and play a large role in customer service area.

    Salary $40,000 + 5,000$ Bonus

    Responsibilities
    Customer Service
    - Check voicemails (all extensions including snow companies) and return calls
    - Check info and own email and return emails
    - Answering customer questions and requests by phone
    - Handle existing customer renewals
    - Phones, emails and walk-in clients as they come in

    Data entry, documentation preparation, organizing, scanning, any related admin tasks, miscellaneous clerical duties.

    Qualifications
    Possess excellent customer service skills

    · Ability to interact with customers and team-members in a professional manner

    · Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

    · Requires a proficiency in math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in units of measure

    · Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet and email

    · Must be able to successfully utilize the company software
