We are currently looking for a Translation Project Coordinator in the field of communications and marketing at Nuns' Island, Montreal.
• Position: Translation Project Coordinator
• Workplace: Office / Hybrid / 100% remote work (your choice!)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (35 hours / week)
• Salary: $40K to $45K
• Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
As a Translation Project Coordinator in the field of communications and marketing at Nuns' Island, Montreal, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the follow-up of translation projects and ensure their delivery within the prescribed deadlines;
• Follow-up of files and deadlines;
• Management of incoming & outgoing emails and follow-up of requests made by customers;
• All other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
The qualifications required for this position of Translation Project Coordinator in the field of communications and marketing at Nuns' Island, Montreal:
• Perfectly bilingual (French/English, written and spoken);
• Relevant experience in the field of project coordination;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and in-depth knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities, in addition to demonstrating autonomy and rigor;
• Great attention to detail;
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relations, stress management and strong organization.
