    Project Coordinator role in Burlington

    We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator position in the Burlington area. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing transactions; entering orders into the system as they come in; following up with shipments of various products; interacting and corresponding with clientele, providing them with tracking information, ETA’s and rectifying any issues; coordinating deliveries to consolidate in the warehouse; as well as other duties as assigned.

    The ideal candidate will be an individual who has excellent time management skills, great attention to detail, is well rounded and willing to learn in an ever growing industry, and someone who has an ambitious mindset to grow within a dynamic organization.     Advantages
    - $50,000 - $52,000 per annum based on experience
    - Permanent, full-time position
    - Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Occasional evening and weekend work required)

    - 2 weeks paid vacation
    - Work cell provided ($100 per month allowance)
    - Open to salary review after 6 months

    - Hands on/onsite training and job shadowing with 2 senior staff members

    Responsibilities
    - Receive and review incoming project files and ensure all requirements for order entry have been met
    - Run POs, place orders and process order changes with vendors
    - Receive and reconcile acknowledgements against orders in system, checking for accuracy
    - Ensure sales rep reviews acknowledgements for accuracy, completes sign off and returns project file for scheduling
    - Ensure project files are complete, accurate and ready for installation
    - Maintain a spreadsheet of orders and incoming shipment dates
    - Coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries to clients
    - Schedule outbound deliveries, communicating with clients, sales and installation teams
    - Process received product in system, readying it for installation
    - Schedule both daily installations & major projects with installation teams
    - Manage deficiencies - report to vendors, place non-billable service orders and monitor to ensure replacement parts/product are received and installed


    Qualifications
    - 1-4 years’ experience working in Project Coordination, Inventory Management or similar office administrative role
    - Strong organizational skills
    - Ability to follow guidelines and strong attention to detail
    - Strong oral and written communication skills
    - Professionally ambitious attitude; willing to learn and grow within the industry
    - Concise communication skills
    - Analytical and critical thinker
    - Excellent attention to detail
    - Ability to anticipate issues in the process and is prepared to resolve them in a timely manner
    - Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
    - Experience with Project management software
    - Experience with MS Project is an asset
    - ECi Team Design database software is an asset
    - Demonstrated organizational skills and a positive attitude
