We have partnered with a client who is looking for a Project Coordinator in Mississauga! The ideal candidate will have past experience in effectively working in a fast paced environment, strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once. Experience with HRMS or HRIS is a large asset! The successful candidate will join a fun, collaborative, energetic team!
Position: Project Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (18 months)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Salary:$55,000 - $60,000
Location: Remote - required to report into the Mississauga office as needed

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Assisting the Project with administrative functions and processes
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Central point to gather, upload and maintain all project documentation
- Track budgets and expenditures
Qualifications
Qualification
- Post Secondary education is required
- Experience working with Payroll / Benefits / HRIS / HRMS is an asset
- Self starter with the ability to take initiative
- Able to manage multiple priorities, projects & tasks simultaneously
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Strong budget and critical path management
- Attention to detail, well organized and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Confidence in problem solving, negotiating and decision making
