This position will be supporting the Project Management team and ensuring the smooth administrative flow of projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
- Drafting schedules
- Creating PO's
- Tracking deliveries
- Creating shopping forms
- Updating schedules in house system
- Following up on invoicing
- Coordinating maintenances (Liaison with client & shop, troubleshooting, creating CO request etc.)
- Coordinating part orders
- Taking minutes in meetings
-Taking care of per diems for technicians
Qualifications
*Must have a vehicle as not accessible by public transportation
- 2-3 years in Project Coordination ( a MUST)
- Previous work on construction projects (an asset)
- Reading and understanding architectural drawings
- Currently working towards PMP (a huge asset)
- Bilingualism (French & English) HUGE asset
- Policy check and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance with the Government of Canada ***
- Looking for a candidate that would like to eventually progress into a Project Manager role
- Experience working in an administrative role
