- Variance Analysis
-Reconciliation and monitoring of Holdbacksm project budgets
-Intercompany transactions
Qualifications
- CPA designation, or pursuing CPA
-5+ years of progressive accounting,
-Industry experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Land Development
- Experience with Draw packages and WIP billing and reports
-Advanced Excel - Macros, pivot tables,
- ERP Proficiency in larger systems - SAP, JD Edwards, Yardi, or Great Plains Dynamics,
