Mentoring, leading change through innovation, LEAN and Six Sigma Initiatives of all value stream leaders (Group Managers) for both shifts. • Ability to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment with excellent attention to detail and accuracy• Organized, self-motivated and professional in dealing with direct reports, colleagues and senior managers• Strive to constantly improve and develop skills both personally and in assisting their direct reports and colleagues to do the same• Hard-working, lead by example manager• Ensure all core competency training are completed according to policyQualificationsWhat you bring with you - • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience. • A minimum of five years of similar previous experience in manufacturing and an understanding of the window and door business would be a definite asset. • Strong analytical skills, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to delegate tasks and assignments through strong leadership skills. • Focused time management and organizational skills are necessary in this position.
