Position Title: Project Manager
Work Location: (Work is based in Calgary, AB but can be performed remotely)

Our large financial services client is looking for a Project Manager.
This Project Manager will be required to support various Cybersecurity projects. Some of the key deliverables the PM will be responsible for are:

Practical experience managing technology projects with security focus
Proven management and team leadership abilities
Cost Management/ Change Management /Risk Management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills at both technical and executive level
Leading the projects from initiation to closure with a committed goal of delivering on time, on budget, and on scope complete with a high level of quality and business satisfaction.
Supervising and leading the team members working on the project.
Working with Operations and Departmental Managers to request and acquire required resources to meet results.
Leading all funds spent in relation to the project includes maintaining a detailed current view of the budget, actuals, and forecast numbers.
Developing and implementing required Test Plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Providing transparency into project health through published schedules, regular status reporting, and current budget and forecasts.
Handling and detailing any scope changes impacting schedule, budget, or quality.
Supervising project team timesheet reporting to ensure accurate project accounting.
Acting as a mediator between project partners and the project team.
Identifying, resolving, and escalating any issues and risks as the need arises.
Ensuring that all relevant documents and artifacts are stored in the appropriate project folders
Project Charters, Project Estimates, Project Dashboards, and Metrics
Gantt Charts, Milestones, Governance, Risk Registers, Cost Reports
Test Plans, Closeout reports,
Stage-Gate documentation and other project artifacts

Qualifications
5+ years' experience project management
Experience working software deployments and infrastructure security projects
Aware of Cyber Security principles
Familiar with Operations business processes
Experienced in working with geographically dispersed partners and development teams

Experience with Google Environment (GCP and Workspace)
Financial institution Experience
