Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from inception to completion
• Handle project administration, cost control, change order administration and procurement
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, while monitoring progress to established schedules
• Prepare contracts/PO’s and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Prepare progress reports and meet with clients and stakeholders to review
• Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
• Manage capital expenditures for multiple locations
Qualifications
5+ years in a Commercial Construction PM role leading renovations, refurbishing, or fit-out projects
Capital Projects experience
Must have valid Passport to conduct cross-boarder travels
