Responsibilities
● Lead project team, keeping project within budget and on schedule
● Prepare scopes of work (SOW) for Trades,
● Develop bidding strategy, assemble bid packages, administer tender process, execute contract negotiations
● Monitor Contractor / Vendor pending costs
● Liaise and report updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
● Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
● 10 years experience within Project Management, majority preferably with a General Contractor, and must have High-Rise.
