Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of projects as required, including but not limited to quoting, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, safety and quality control.
· Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals.
· Manage client expectations and project requirements.
· Handle multiple projects at the same time throughout the entire lifecycle.
· Successfully estimate, propose, and manage project scope and budget.
· Visit client sites in order to determine project needs.
Qualifications
· Industrial project coordination or project management experience in a consulting environment.
· Experience in the food, beverage, and/or pharmaceutical industries is an asset.
· Education in Architecture preferred, but will also consider mechanical, electrical, building science etc.
· Familiarity with NBC, ABC or OBC building codes.
· Demonstrated understanding of project management fundamentals, ideally has or is pursuing PMP certification.
· Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in a related field.
