The PM is responsible for the planning, leading, and coordination of all stages of pre-construction, construction, to finalizing unit occupancy. The PM ensures that architectural, engineering, permits, production scheduling, quality control, manpower, and material management are aligned, while providing communications, solutions and action plans to all stakeholders.

Promote Health & Safety measures across entire site
Develop and keep track of project goals, milestones, efficiencies and deficiencies
Provide weekly schedules and site report updates to management team
Maintain labour budgets while keeping track of site costs
Attend and participate in weekly production meetings
Daily site inspections
Qualifications
Solid working knowledge of Blue-Beam, MS Office
Experience leading and supervising teams
