Responsibilities
Project Manager:
• Lead the successful delivery of a project(s) from award to handover
• Prepare detailed construction budgets, schedules, and reports
• Prepare scopes of work (SOW) for Trades
• Report on the progress of the assigned project(s)
• Build relationships with the Owners, Consultants, Subtrades and project stakeholders
• Attend and oversee weekly Trade site meetings, ensuring scheduled timelines are being met, while monitorng costs closely
• Attend frequent Consultant meetings to ensure any critical design issues are addressed immediately to avoid negative impact on the project budget or schedule
• Oversee smooth transition of the project to the Property Management Team
Qualifications
• University or College Degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years experience in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field.
