This PM is responsible to plan, organize, and undertake procurement and execution of infrastructure development and maintenance projects of various scopes. Work collaboratively with Business Units to develop project needs, and manage performance of a successful delivery. Work with consultants and contractors, develop RFP's, RFI's, and SOW's. Coordinate resources and equipment, and communicate updates and reports between multiple stakeholders. Ensure contractors and other project stakeholders comply with applicable Health and Safety
regulations.
5-10 years experience as PM, minimum of 5 years managing capital infrastructure projects.

• Scheduling, researching, preparing RFI's and tenders
• Coordinating, developing budgets and SOW's for consultants
• Monitor and provide updates on multi-disciplinary capital projects from conceptual development, construction, throughout to project commissioning
• Track project schedule, manage payment requisitions, prepare and process purchase orders
Qualifications
• Technical College or University degree preferably in Construction or Civil Engineering
• Project Management Certificate (PMP) is an asset
• Security Clearance required
• Credit and Criminal checks will be conducted upon hire
