Responsibilities
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient
manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Organize Project Retrospectives with the Project Team to improve processes & techniques
continuously.
Assist the Product Manager in maintaining the Product Backlog.
Encourage the timely completion of tasks in a cost-effective manner and ensure top-quality
results.
Maintain an exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.
Keep team members focused and facilitate groups to reach timely consensus.
Detect when a process is in trouble; draft impact analysis; propose and implement the
resolution
Listen to the customers
Respond to their needs in a manner that provides added value.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
4-6 years’ experience as a Project manager.
Retail industry experience.
Must have strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to “multi-task”.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience working with dynamic, highly collaborative teams, requiring close consultation and
coordination.
Demonstrated ‘servant’ leadership skills.
Experience with Scrum/Agile tools, project management software tools, methodologies, and
best practices
Provide the highest quality services which meet the needs and requirements of all customers.
Committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and servant leadership.
Sees ahead clearly; can anticipate future; broad knowledge and perspective and are future
oriented.
