Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Radio SME to work in the GTA
If you have the following experience:
Technical Skills
- Experience with designing and integrating radio, paging, voting,
conventional gateway/CCGW, MSAT, PCOMM and BUFUM technologies
that align with user workflows and enhance user experience
- Extensive working knowledge on radio technologies and data standards
best practices and industry trends
- Experience with implementing large scaled, complex systems in multiple
locations
- Experienced in leading technical teams to provide direction and resolve
issues
Communication Skills
- Able to effectively communicate with a multi-disciplinary team and business
users
- Able to produce a wide range of documentation, from detailed technology
specifications, to executive level presentations
- Able to explain complex concepts in simple, non-technical terms
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Analytical Skills
- Able to analyze complex technology problems, develop options and
recommend the most appropriate solution that are scalable, sustainable
and cost effective.
- Able to independently conduct research and synthesize the information into
options for decision making
- Able to trouble shoot under pressure, engages the right expertise from
others
- Able to develop solutions, prepare implementation plans, back-up plans,
lead cutover activities and manage issues
