The Randstad Construction team is currently working closely with one of well known Renewable Energy Construction Company, currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to be part of their team.

Your new company
You will be working in a positive environment for a reputable company that constructed more renewable energy construction projects.
As their new Project Manager, you will be managing the construction of wind farm, infrastructure, transportation, and development projects as a project manager.

Duties consisted of project management, tower installations (wind turbine generators), foundations, roads, designing, estimating, legal contracts, RFP, RFI, analyzing bids, scheduling, managing resources, client relations, public and ministry relations, and various aspects of construction projects.

Project management comprising of planning, design, and construction of buildings
* Project manager of development and construction projects ranging between $100,000 to $1,000,000,000 CDN in private and public sectors.
* Planning the organization of various types of projects
* Executing projects timely and on time
* Work and communicate with developers, municipalities, general contractors, subcontractors, and investors
* Responsible for the supervision of a large number of employees in Unionized and Non-Unionized environments.
* Scheduling complex projects ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 activity entries with MS Project
* Resourcing and managing complex projects in the labor force, equipment, material, and supply
* Managed projects efficiently and productively without compromising quality
* Managed projects consisting of development and design phases.
* Work on construction projects ranging from buildings, land optimizations, wind farms, and transportation
* Managing cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
* Estimated project cost for procurement processes

Procurement processes for built-works
* Extensive experience in Design and Build Traditional and Construction Management projects.
* Managing contractors, designers, suppliers, and unions.
* Compose scope of work
* Evaluate, review, and award bid and proposals

What you'll need to succeed:
* Engineering Degree, ideally a P.Eng but willing to accept an EIT,
* Has worked in the areas of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical, and has experience with construction
* Expert in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills as you will be the point of contact with clients, equipment vendors, subcontractors, and architects through different phases of the project.
*Extensive positions working in leadership roles and within project teams compromising of complex and simple projects.
