We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a Residential Tower on Vancouver Island.

Responsibilities:
-Coordination of Project Management, design duties, construction activities and project resources
-Adept both in the field and office
-Previous experience leading a team is essential
-Experienced and comfortable with managing both client and tenant meetings
-Monitors overall project budgeting, scheduling and site safety metrics
-Optimizes the talent within the organizational structure and fosters an environment to promote individual and team growth and career development
-Opportunity to impact the company culture and day to day operations to ensure continued growth targets are achieved
-Implements policies and procedures to ensure safety, quality, project delivery and cost reduction
-Develops and Maintains relationships with internal and external clients
-Ideal candidate will work closely with the Structural Engineer on day to day operations
-Perform other duties as assigned and as required such as estimating duties

Qualifications:
-5+ years experience in a Residential Project Manager Role is a must have, with a background in Architecture (Bach of Arts or Masters Architecture Degree)
-Natural ability for 'Value Engineering'
-Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-High level of attention to detail
-Able to multi-task with strong organizational skills
-Experience managing a team of trades (team of 30+)
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to interface & provide a high level of technical & customer support to clients and tradespeople
