Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience leveraging Organizational Change Management functions in an enterprise environment? What will you do?
As a Senior Project Manager with our Winnipeg client, you will:
•Manage project during initiation, design, development, implementation, and operations start-up.
•Establish procedures for development/implementation of new or modified project elements to solve problems.
•Define and document project objective; determine budgetary requirements, composition, and roles/responsibilities for project team.
•Report project progress on a continuous basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle.
•Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing/displaying problems.
•Manage Project Change Requests effectively through the approved Change Management process.
•Conduct and provide critical path analysis.
•Ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed and sign-off on project.

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Senior Project Manager role with our Winnipeg client, you must have:
•7+ years’ project management experience.
•5+ years’ experience managing and working with large vendors.
•3-5 years’ experience developing requirements for, selecting and implementing enterprise applications.
•2-3 years’ experience delivering security based projects (NIST).
•2-3 years’ experience delivering enterprise level projects.
•Team building and stakeholder negotiation skills.
•Waterfall and agile/hybrid experience an asset.
