Responsibilities
Own the SCRUM process, be its curator and responsible for all ceremonies
Drive projects, commitments and teams into outcome and delivery
Identify impediments and blockers and actively look to resolve those
Understand the importance of each SCRUM event and how to conduct them
Work collaboratively with multiple distributed, cross-functional teams
Foster and support overall Team and SCRUM Quality
Report Team KPIs, Metrics and Financials along with risks and issues
Forge a lasting relationship with your DEV, QA and UX/UI Design partners to ensure our software has the quality it needs
Make timely decisions and understand related trade-offs if you need to make any
Existing systems and products are something you will learn
Strive to keep your Team(s) motivated and engaged by providing servant leadership as well as encourage open and honest communication and feedback
Qualifications
Previous experience with projects that include RESTful web services and SpringBoot and SAP
Previous environments your project and applications were deployment include but are not limited to: Docker, Kubernetes, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform environments
You work with minimal supervision and are comfortable carrying the torch
Deep expert level SCRUM understanding and knowledge
Experience facilitating collaborative group workshops and problem-solving sessions
You have extensive experience as a SCRUM master leading a geographically distributed team
A true and deep understanding of Agile and are a seasoned SCRUM master and professional
Verbal and written communications skills that are just outstanding, matched only by your attention to detail
A knack to always keep our customers in mind and look to maximize the quality that we provide them
Previous retail or similar experience is a plus
University degree, preferably Bachelor’s in computer science (BSCS)
