Property Accountant - 90K

Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting cycle (residential and commercial)
- Prepare the financial statements
- Participte to the budget
- Review and summary of leases
- Follow-up of invoicing and mainly the 13th invoice
- Other related tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelor or CPA in progress or CPA
- Bilingual
- 5 years experience in finance accounting
- Excel : Pivot table, Vlookup
- Hopem, Yardi (an asset)
- Proactive, autonomous with a good team spirit
