- Manage the accounting cycle
- Prepare the financial statements
- Manage the budget
- Review and summary of leases
- Follow-up of invoicing and mainly the 13th invoice
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor or CPA, CPA in progress (an asset)
- Bilingual
- 5 years experience in finance accounting
- Strong excel, Power BI (an asset)
- Hopem, Yardi (an asset)
- Proactive, autonomous with a good team spirit
