We are looking for a Property Administrative Assistant to join our client, a large insurance company, in their Vancouver location. If you are looking to join a reputable company that offers new challenges, apply now!

As a Property Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for :

- Assist Property Director on tenant relation functions.
- Coordinate all tenant communication, welcome letters, on-site training (ie: fire warden, life safety, etc.), tenant events, and signage.
- Maintain filing system, tenant records, contract binders, manuals and tenant database for addresses and contacts
- Front desk phone duties as required
- Order office supplies, maintain office equipment and ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Other admin duties as required

Work for a large insurance company
Vancouver location
6 month contract - strong potential for permanent hire
Start date - July 22, 2019
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:00pm

Previous administrative experience (minimum 1 year experience)
Great customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Accurate typing speed - minimum 50 wpm
Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
