Randstad Victoria is looking for a Property Administrator in beautiful downtown Victoria BC! This is a fantastic position for someone who is wanting to work in a multifaceted administrative role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be the point of contact for inquiries, maintenance requests, and complete the documentation for the requests
- Responsible for disbursement of invoicing and related activities such as deposits, tracking payments and the collection of outstanding balances
- Review, code and track accounts payable invoices
- Be responsible for collection, review and documentation of tenant insurance
-Be responsible for the collection and data entry of tenant gross sales reports
- Prepare welcome packages, tenant notices and tenant correspondence
- Help with research, special projects and marketing events
- General reception duties

Requirements :

- 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Property Management experience preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Flexibility and the ability to work the occasional weekend

What they offer:

-$45-55 000 depending on experience
-3 weeks vacation
