Do you enjoy working with people, possess strong judgement and have a passion for property management? We are currently seeking a full-time property manager with 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in leasing management for a very busy office within Winnipeg.

The property manager manager is responsible for the following:

- Ensure that the properties are well maintained and managed in accordance with guidelines in a timely manner
- Execute operations maintaining the budget, goals and objectives
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and the monitoring of budgets
- Issue purchase orders, coordinate contractors and conduct a variety of regular inspections
- Responsible for after hours emergencies beyond the scope of on-call maintenance staff
- Foster good resident relations and implement approved programs in accordance with budget guidelines
- Conduct scheduled inspections and transfer request inspections
- Oversee collection of resident arrears
- Supervise and oversee the leasing processes, lease administration and renewal processes
- Scheduling maintenance and renovations teams, month end turnover, suite renovations and building paining

Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office and Spectra/Yardi
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong knowledge of Manitoba housing regulations
- Understanding of residential tenancies and cooperatives act requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Experience with preparation of budgets and reading financial statements
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required
